Duquesa Village is a new high class development on Duquesa hill, which leads down to Duquesa Marina, a small picturesque Fishing Village and Marina in the province of Andalucia on the Costa Del Sol.

The Apartment has the advantage of being at the front of the development facing down the hill towards the sea overlooking green hills, Duquesa Golf course and the Mediterranean sea.

There are 2 communal swimming pools within a few metres of the apartments’, as well as a paddle tennis court. The Apartment has 2 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite, as well as its own terrace overlooking the hills. Fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility room.
