Located in the south-western area of Andalucia, our beautiful villa is set in a lovely, quiet residential area. The private pool and terraces have mountain, sea and golf views but the villa itself is within walking distance (I can walk to the port in 7min) of Duquesa Marina and plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. You really have the best of both worlds. Stay in the villa and use the plenty facilities such as BBQ, Satellite TV, DVD and videos, private pool and fully equipped kitchen or stroll down to all the facilities and beaches that Duquesa has to offer. Even if the weather isn't too good take advantage of the pool/snooker room or the table tennis table. A few minutes walk East or West of Duquesa along the promenades brings you to more Spanish areas for a change.
Duquesa is really one of Spain's best kept secrets. It manages to combine traditional Spain with modern amenities. The beautiful marina is surrounded by blue flag beaches with plenty of chiringuitos, bars, restaurants and shops all nearby. Also within walking distance with distinctly Spanish feels are the historic Castillo and Sabinillas with its lovely promenade and pavement cafes. The very fashionable Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a 20 minute drive away if you feel like a day shopping or also 20 minutes away are the Andalucian white-washed villages of Gaucin and Casares. Tax free shopping is 25 minutes away in Gibraltar. Best of both worlds or stay put and relax in the villa and use all its facilities.
