There is air conditioning or heating for the winter months. The apartment is built on two levels with three terraces offering spectacular views. The apartment comes fully equiped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a sofa bed located in the lounge should you wish to accomodate two extra people. There is 24 hour security on the premises and a safe located in the apartment for your valuables. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and the second bathroom has a seperate shower cubicle. The apartment is a short walk from the square where there is a nice contemporary restuarant, coffe bar which serves lunches and dinners and a small supermarket. Further into the Marina there is a selection of shops/ bars and fine restuarnats where a fine meal can be obtained while overlooking the boats in the Marina. Within the complex there is a Barbeque area, 3 swimming pools one of which is a childrens pool, a childrens play area, Tennis courts and the Golf course is just a short drive away. There are many fine golf courses within the surrounding area such as Almenera - 25 min drive, Don Julia - 8 min drive, La Canada - 15 min drive, Estepona - 12 min drive, Duquesa - 4 min drive, Paraiso - 25 min drive, Alcadeisa - 25 min drive, Sotogrande - 18 min drive and San Roque - 23 min drive. Prices vary from approx 45 euros - approx 90 euros (Buggies not included). The nearest beach is Sabinnillas / Duquesa which is about a ten minute walk away. Sabinnillas has a promonade with restuarants and bars while Duquesa beach has a small restuarant located right on the beach. Duquesa can be easily reached by three airports Malaga, Gibraltar and Jerez. Excursions can be booked in the Tourist Information Office located in the port.
