This beautiful villa is situated a short walk from the harbour in a small comunity of similar villas. It is in an elevated position and looks out over the golf course, the harbour and over the Mediterranean towards North Africa.
The accommodation comprises a hallway with a well appointed kitchen off, a toilet and cloakroom and a large living/dining room. Outside there is a large covered terrace with a dining table and a barbeque.

The kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and off the kitchen there is an open air laundry room with a large sink.
