It has 2 bedrooms,1 ensuite bathroom and 1 shower room, is air-conditioned throughout and boasts marble floors, views of the Mediterranean from both the lounge and the large balcony and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and utility area. It is idyllically situated adjacent to a sandy beach and next to Duquesa port with its plentiful selection of bars and restaurants. Duquesa is midway between Gibraltar and Marbella on the Costa del Sol - famous for its 320 days of sunshine a year. Africa can be seen from the miles of sandy beaches. Our holiday home is on the fourth floor of this five storey Moorish building built to a high specification. Lifts are available to all floors and the building and surrounding area is wheelchair friendly. It has 4 swimming pools and a number of sunbathing areas. The apartment is on the more secluded side of the development and overlooks 2 of the smaller pools and then out to the Mediterranean. It is within a stone's throw of the local (European Blue Flag awarded) sandy beach. The shops, restaurants and bars of Duquesa port are within 100 meters and Duquesa golf is only 250 meters away. Sabinillas, an authentic Spanish coastal village is just 5 minutes walk away along the beach or promenade. Journey time to Malaga airport is some 50 minutes and Gibraltar airport is just 30 minutes. Should you wish to rent other apartments for additional families or larger groups, please let us know. We are friends with three other apartment owners in the same building and can rent these as part of the same booking, or separately. We are proud of what we have to offer. When booking our apartment, we manage the entire process, changeovers, cleaning, and key handover ourselves, without the use of agencies. Whatever time of day or night you arrive, you will be met and shown to the apartment. We believe that this personal care and attention results in a higher quality standard of holiday let.
