General Description

This beautiful villa is situated a short walk from the marina in a small comunity of similar villas. It is in an elevated position and looks out over the golf course, the harbour and over the Mediterranean towards North Africa. The accommodation comprises a hallway with a well appointed kitchen off, a toilet and cloakroom and a large living/dining room. Outside there is a large covered terrace with a dining table and a barbeque. There is a staircase down to the private garden. To take advantage of the magnificent view the living rooms are upstairs and the bedrooms are downstairs. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two each with two single beds. There is a bathroom with bath and shower and the main bedroom also has it's own ensuite with a bath, toilet and shower. The villa is fully air conditioned and has satellite television. The villa has the use of the communal pools and gardens. There is a large pool and one suitable for youger children. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and off the kitchen there is an open air laundry room with a large sink. Everything you need is provided - plates, cutlery, bedding, towels.
