Situated between Estepona town and Puerto Duquesa marina fo restaurants, nightlife, cafes, bars and shops just 4 minutes drive away and trendy Puerto Banus 25 minutes away for multi-cinema complex, huge shopping centres, casino and harbour cruises together with night clubs and watching the jet set.
The apartment is nestled in the Andalucian mountains but close to the ancient village of Casares, a tiny village of only 3000 residents, deceptive at first but after close inspection there are castles, churches, tapas bars, fountains and plazas.
Sotogrande perhaps the most beautiful coastal location along the Costa del Sol. With miles of undeveloped beaches enclosed by sand dunes and green fields with vast expanses of marshlands. Views of Gibraltar Straights where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic with Morocco and the Atlas mountains as the backdrop.
Only 5 minutes stroll to the local beach. Stylish shopping at Marbella and Estepona and local markets each day of the week.
There are 20 golf courses within 30 minutes of the apartment. Ferry to Morocco just 35 minutes drive away. Selwo theme/safari park 15 minutes drive.
